Ethics of the game:

To maintain the friendly atmosphere of Cowboystown.com, each player must respect the ethical described below. Since this game involves many players, they can communicate with each other through the exchange of telegrams or on the forum. You must therefore use polite language and not discriminatory. The respect between cowboys is essential. It does not preclude humour and jokes. If abuse from a player is reported or detected, he will receive a warning. If this abuse is considered inappropriate and unacceptable by Cowboystown.com's team,the player's account will be banned immediately.

Misuse of bugs and cheating:

Cowboystown.com's technical team will be intransigent towards third-party programs, exploiting bugs, use of interfaces and interference between client and server. All these practices are considered as «cheating» and punishable.
The use of unauthorized third party programs is a blatant violation of the Terms of Use of Cowboystown.com.
The term «Unapproved Third Party» used here will refer to any software that allows users to modify or hack the game interface and environment to facilitate any form of cheating. Such practice would result in immediate ban of the player even if he has a subscription. The subscription will not be refunded in any way, it is your responsibility not to cheat.
Our technical team is constantly looking for bugs in order to provide you with a game even more fun and enjoyable. But perfection is not of this world and it is possible that a player finds a bug in the game, In this case, he must as a member of our community inform Cowboystown.com team. Exploiting bugs in favour of a player or against another is strictly prohibited. This kind of situation could lead to sanctions if we notice a blatant abuse of a bug not reported by a player.

Any flaw in the rules, affecting the normal development of the game must be reported.
Any conduct by a player or group of players aiming to misuse these rules'faults in order to disrupt the normal development of the game without having informed the team Cowboystown, may be subject to penalties ranging up to the definite banishment of the account(s) of the player(s).
We reserve the right to define a specific behaviour as for the misuse of faults and take appropriate action without prior notice.

Multiple accounts:

It is forbidden to have multiple accounts on the same computer.
If you want to use different accounts on the same machine, send us an email explaining your motivations and intentions (i.e. different family members who wish to play, flatshare, network playroom...). If this email proves your good faith, you will be allowed to create multiple accounts on the same computer but it will be checked against any attempt to cheat.
The multiple account will be severely punished in cases where individual accounts are online at the same time or used to cheat.

Property and Responsibility :

CowboysTown account is available to the user, but remains the property of the Company. Players are only holding rights of access to games and services of the Company,
through an account at their disposal.

• Users are not permitted to provide access to their account: sharing, exchange, donation, purchase,
  sale of accounts is therefore forbidden.
• The user will take all measures to prevent a third party from accessing their account, even unwittingly.
• Users are liable for all actions done with their account.
